What does Bokang manufacture?
Batter and breading machines (predusters, batter applicators, breading machines), forming machines, continuous fryers, cooking and meat preparation machines, and complete coated food production lines.
Can I test my product before buying?
Yes. Sample testing in our trial lab is free. Send your raw materials and we share the results and video, or join a live video trial.
Which countries do you export to?
Our machines run in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Australia, South Korea, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Chile, Malaysia, Vietnam and the Philippines.
What are your payment terms?
T/T with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance before shipment.
Is sample testing really free?
Yes. Testing your product in our trial lab is free of charge.
Do you install machines abroad?
Yes. Our engineers install the line and train your staff at your factory. Installation is charged per project, and the customer covers flights and accommodation.
What is the warranty?
12 months.
Do you supply spare parts?
Yes. We supply spare parts and provide remote technical support.
What voltage do your machines use?
The standard is 380 V / 50 Hz. We build other voltages to order.
How long is the lead time?
Compact coating machines typically ship in 7–15 days and larger models in 15–40 days. Lines are confirmed with the quotation.
How are machines packed?
In export wooden cases, fumigated for shipments to Europe.
