Yes. Testing your product in our trial lab is free of charge.
Can I watch the test?
Yes. We can run the test on a live video call, and we always send you the video and results. You are also welcome to visit and watch in person, which we recommend.
What should I send?
Your raw material (frozen if perishable), your batter mix and breadcrumbs if you use specific ones, and a description or photo of the target product.
