Moulds and shapes
Change the mould to produce round, square, oval, star, heart, cartoon and other shapes. We make moulds to your drawing or sample, including sizes for burger patties, nuggets, hash browns, onion rings and squid rings.

Which forming machine should I choose?
Choose by capacity and product size: CXJ100 for up to 35 pieces per minute, CXJ400 for 200–600 kg/h and products up to 135 mm, CXJ600 for 500–1000 kg/h and products up to 150 mm.
Can you make custom moulds?
Yes. Send us a drawing or sample of the shape and size you need.
Can the forming machine connect to a coating line?
Yes. The CXJ400 and CXJ600 connect directly to our predusters, batter applicators and breaders.
