Overview
The CXJ100 automates the whole patty forming cycle: filling the mould, forming, paper interleaving and discharging. Change the mould to produce round, square, oval, triangle, heart and other shapes.
It is small enough to stand on a worktable, which makes it a good fit for restaurants, chain store kitchens, butchers and small food plants that want consistent portion size without manual forming.
