Overview
The CXJ600 automatic multi forming machine performs filling, forming and discharging automatically. It uses a four-screw feeding system that greatly reduces cutting of the raw material, giving high output and stable quality.
Moulds change quickly, and accurate portioning keeps raw material cost under control. It handles meat, poultry, fish and shrimp as well as potato and other tuber mixes, and connects to batter applicators, predusters, fryers, cookers, freezers and packing machines to build a fully automatic prepared food line.

What is the difference between the CXJ400 and the CXJ600?
The CXJ600 has a 600 mm belt, 500–1000 kg/h capacity and four-screw feeding, and forms products up to 150 mm diameter and 40 mm thick. The CXJ400 has a 400 mm belt and 200–600 kg/h.
Why does four-screw feeding matter?
It reduces cutting and shearing of the raw material, which helps keep a natural meat texture.
Can it make burger patties for quick service restaurants?
Yes. It forms patties up to 150 mm diameter with a weight error of 1% or less.
