Overview
The CXJ400 fills, forms and discharges automatically. Minced and non-whole-muscle materials are pressed into the mould to create stars, circles, rectangles, cartoon shapes and more.
It uses an original Siemens PLC and a complete FESTO pneumatic system, with spiral feeding. The stainless steel and food-grade non-metal construction meets HACCP requirements, and the machine is CE certified.
The CXJ400 connects directly to Bokang predusters, batter applicators, breading machines and fryers, and to your freezer, to form a fully automatic line.
