Frying & Cooking
BKL Series Continuous Fryer
A conveyor fryer for coated foods with an oil-water structure and residue scraping, adjustable from 15 seconds to 15 minutes of frying time.
- Frying time 15 s – 15 min
- Oil-water frying structure
- Residue scraping system
- Electric or other heating
Overview
Frying sets the coating of battered and breaded products. After par-frying, the soft coating becomes firm, so products keep their shape through freezing, packing and transport.
The BKL series uses an oil-water frying structure that lets residue leave the frying oil, combined with a longitudinal residue scraping system along the pan. Conveyor speed is controlled by frequency inverter, covering frying times from 15 seconds to 15 minutes.
Every BKL fryer is sized to your product: the oil pan size and heating power depend on the product moisture and the frying time you need. After technical adaptation, the fryer can use different energy sources.
Key features
Oil-water structure
Residue leaves the frying oil to help keep it cleaner for longer.
Residue scraping
A longitudinal scraper system removes sediment along the pan.
Wide frying window
15 seconds to 15 minutes, set by belt speed.
Variable speed
Frequency inverter control of the conveyor.
Sized to your product
Oil pan size and power designed around your moisture content and frying time.
Energy options
Electric heating as standard; other heat sources available on request.

FAQ
How do you size a continuous fryer?
We need your product type, size, moisture, target capacity and frying time. From these we calculate the oil pan dimensions and heating power.
What frying times are possible?
From 15 seconds to 15 minutes, adjusted by the conveyor speed.
Which heating options are available?
Electric heating is standard on the BKL-2000 to BKL-3500. A coal-fired version (BKML-3000) exists, and other energy sources can be adapted on request.
Why par-fry coated products?
Par-frying sets the batter and crumbs so the coating stays on through freezing, packing and transport, and gives the final colour and crunch after reheating.
